What areas benefit most from ReFirme Skin Tightening treatment?

  • Jowl laxity

  • Neck laxity

  • Sagginess under eyes

  • Sagging brow line

  • Nasolabial folds

  • Upper/lower jaw line

  • Tummy/ excess abdominal skin

  • Sagging skin on arms, knees

How does ReFirme treatment work?

ReFirme is the only technology to significantly tighten the skin’s tone, elasticity, and contour through the production of new collagen, by combining the two leading approaches to tightening: radio frequency and infrared light.  Deep electro-optical heating causes the skin to contract and tighten while stimulating collagen production for a period of at least 90 days, a process called Collagen Remodeling.  Collagen production continues long after treatment, and you will notice continuous improvements in the tone and contour of your skin as it becomes tighter and firmer.

Is ReFirme safe?

ReFirme is a safe, non-invasive therapy approved by the FDA.  There is little or no risk of serious complications from a ReFirme treatment.  In very rare cases, some may experience swelling around the treated area.  The most common side effects experienced by our clients are redness and mild tenderness or tight feeling in treated areas.  All of these side effects are temporary and should disappear within a few days.

Is the ReFirme treatment painful?

Because of the combination of infrared light and radio frequency energy used in ReFirme therapy, the treatment is painless.  No anesthetic is required.

How many ReFirme treatments will I need to see results?

While many clients experience an immediate improvement, an initial series of three treatments is recommended for clients to receive the optimal results.  Advanced skin laxity may require five treatments. Ideally, treatments will be administered once every 30 days for three months.  This treatment plan has been proven to achieve more dramatic and longer lasting results.

How long will ReFirme results last?

Following ReFirme treatment, we recommend that our clients practice optimal skin care to maintain results.  This includes avoiding excessive sun and UV exposure, using gentle cleansers, effective hydrating moisturizers and applying a daily SPF 30 sunscreen.  Conscientious skin care extends the effects of Collagen Remodeling, maximizing the benefits of the ReFirme treatment and will ultimately increase the length of time between maintenance sessions.  In most cases, when skin is well taken care of, clients can enjoy the results of ReFirme therapy for up to 18-24 months, as an individual’s chronological aging process ‘catches up’.
